Eaton Vance Increases Quarterly Dividend to $.18

The Board of Directors of Eaton Vance Corp.

today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on its common stock, an increase of 12.5 percent over the previous $0.16 per share quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable November 10, 2010 to shareholders of record on October 29, 2010.
