Vulcan Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.25

The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials Company

at a regular meeting held today declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on its common stock payable December 10, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 4, 2010.
