U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Nasdaq Composite falling over 1% on Monday.

Shares of Mr. Cooper Group Inc. (NASDAQ:COOP) rose sharply during Monday's session after the company announced it will be acquired by Rocket Companies in a $9.4 billion all-stock deal.

Mr. Cooper Group shares jumped 16.3% to $ 121.54 on Monday.

Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ:GRRR) gained 12.6% to $28.20.
Southern States Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:SSBK) rose 10.2% to $35.79 after FB Financial announced it will acquire the company in a $381 million merger deal.
B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE:BGS) jumped 9.6% to $7.05.
Park Ha Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:PHH) gained 9.5% to $14.00.
Cryoport, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYRX) gained 8.8% to $6.63 after DHL Group announced it will acquire its CRYOPDP business for $138 million.
Celsius Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELH) rose 8.2% to $36.42.
Nexxen International Ltd. (NASDAQ:NEXN) gained 7.6% to $8.20.
Navitas Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:NVTS) rose 6.8% to $1.9550.
Discover Financial Services (NYSE:DFS) shares gained 5.4% to $167.34. Discover Financial Services will report its first quarter 2025 results after the market closes on Wednesday, April 23.
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (NASDAQ:GT) gained 4% to $9.14. Deutsche Bank analyst Edison Yu upgraded Goodyear Tire & Rubber from Hold to Buy and announced a $13 price target.
