U.S. stocks traded mixed, with the Dow Jones gaining around 30 points on Thursday. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

• Chico's FAS, Inc. (NYSE:CHS) shares jumped 61.7% to $7.45 following the announcement of its acquisition by Sycamore Partners for $1 billion.
• Soleno Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:SLNO) gained 22.2% to $25.25. Soleno Therapeutics reported pricing of approximately $120 million underwritten public offering of common stock and concurrent private placement of common stock and/or pre-funded warrants.
• Organogenesis Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:ORGO) climbed 20.4% to $3.19.
• Shengfeng Development Limited (NASDAQ:SFWL) climbed 15.7% to $14.04.
• USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE:USAC) gained 14.7% to $25.94.
• VinFast Auto Ltd. (NASDAQ:VFS) gained 13.6% to $12.73 following a report suggesting the company is planning to set up a manufacturing plant in India.
• Neumora Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:NMRA) jumped 12.8% to $13.34.
• Jabil Inc. (NYSE:JBL) climbed 11.4% to $117.19 after the company reported mixed fourth-quarter results and issued first-quarter EPS guidance above estimates. The company also increased its current share repurchase authorization to $2.5 billion.
• Suburban Propane Partners, L.P. (NYSE:SPH) surged 10.7% to $16.25.
• Concentrix Corporation (NYSE:CNXC) gained 9.7% to $81.28 following third-quarter results.
• Sunoco LP (NYSE:SUN) climbed 8.8% to $51.50.
• VNET Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VNET) rose 7.3% to $3.1550.
• Sprout Social, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPT) gained 6.2% to $50.46. Cantor Fitzgerald maintained Sprout Social with a Neutral and raised the price target from $44 to $48.
• Stratasys Ltd. (NASDAQ:SSYS) climbed 5.8% to $12.97. Desktop Metal announced that its stockholders approved the merger agreement with Stratasys.
• Alcoa Corporation (NYSE:AA) gained 5% to $27.49. The company announced a new CEO.
