What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reports that on November 2, Torran B Nixon bought 28 Umpqua Holdings shares for $0. They then sold their shares on the same day in the open market at a price of $21.01 to raise a total of $105,050 from the sale.

Following the transaction, Nixon still owns 1,338 shares of the company, worth $28,833.

Umpqua Holdings shares are trading down 1.78% at $21.55 at the time of this writing on Thursday morning.
