Huffmyer is likely to continue his role as CFO over the next seven weeks while assisting the company with an orderly transition, including searching for his replacement.
Smith Micro Software has commenced a formal search for a new CFO.
Price action: SMSI shares closed higher by 3.85% at $5.66 on Tuesday.
