  • Urban One, Inc. (NASDAQ: UONE) shares gained 10.8% to close at $15.57.
  • Altimmune, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALT) surged 10.5% to close at $22.35. On Thursday, Altimmune signed a teaming agreement with DynPort vaccine company on US government funding efforts for its AdCOVID vaccine candidate.
  • Unum Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: UMRX) gained 10.3% to close at $3.32 after Fairmount Funds showed a 19.99% stake in the company.

  • PriceSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSMT) rose 4.6% to close at $63.23 after the company reported upbeat earnings and revenue for its third quarter.
  • ZIOPHARM Oncology Inc. (NASDAQ: ZIOP) rose 3.7% to close at $3.37 after the company announced the initiation of a Phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate CD19-specific CAR-T, using its Rapid Personalized Manufacturing technology as an investigational treatment.

  • Centogene N.V. (NASDAQ: CNTG) shares tumbled 22.1% to close at $ 13.30 on Friday. Centogene said it has priced its primary and secondary public offering of 3.5 million shares, comprising 2 million common shares offered by the company and 1.5 million offered by selling shareholders, at $14 per common share for total gross proceeds to the company of $28 million and total gross proceeds to the selling shareholders of $21 million.
  • Seres Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRB) dropped 18% to close at $4.51.
  • Endologix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELGX) shares fell 15.3% to close at $0.27 after the company received a letter from Nasdaq indicating its common stock will be delisted, unless the company requests an appeal of determination.
  • Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. (NYSE: NAK) declined 13.8% to close at $1.50 after the company reported a $25 million bought deal and up to $7.5 million concurrent private placement.
  • 36Kr Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: KRKR) dipped 13.3% to close at $3.53. 36Kr launched the "8-minute Conference" to help entrepreneurs connect with investors and potential partners.
  • Beam Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAM) shares dropped 12.6% to close at $26.73.
  • Corvus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRVS) shares fell 12.4% to close at $4.40.
  • Phio Pharmaceuticals Corp. (NASDAQ: PHIO) dropped 11.9% to close at $2.29 after the company announced a common stock offering of 212,000 shares.

  • Document Security Systems, Inc. (NYSE: DSS) dropped 8.9% to close at $7.29. Document Security Systems shares jumped 24% on Thursday after the company's Impact Biomedical published results from in-vitro testing with its Equivir and Linebacker compounds and 3F Biofragrance against COVID-19.
  • Ayro, Inc. (NASDAQ: AYRO) slipped 8.5% to close at $5.60. On Thursday, AYRO and Gallery Carts launched all-electric mobile food solution for point-of-demand hospitality markets.
