M17 Entertainment Ltd (YQ) will issue more than 7.5 million shares between $10 and $12 Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange. The three-year-old app provider operates a dating platform and supports live broadcasting and media sharing in Asia.

Meiragtx Holdings plc (MGTX) will issue 5 million shares between $14 and $16 Friday on the Nasdaq. Based in New York, the biotech company develops gene therapies for diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, xerostomia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and achromatopsia.
