  • Celsion Corporation (NASDAQ: CLSN) shares dropped 20.5 percent to $1.92. Celsion Corporation reported a $5 million registered direct offering.
  • Cerulean Pharma Inc (NASDAQ: CERU) shares tumbled 18 percent to $0.926 after surging 144.32 percent on Wednesday.
  • JMP Group Inc. (NYSE: JMP) shares declined 16 percent to $6.06 after climbing 29.68 percent on Wednesday.
