  • Rocket Fuel Inc (NASDAQ: FUEL) shares tumbled 30 percent to $3.47. Rocket Fuel reported a Q1 loss of $22.5 million on revenue of $95.2 million. Credit Suisse downgraded Rocket Fuel from Outperform to Neutral.
  • Concordia International Corp (NASDAQ: CXRX) shares declined 24.5 percent to $1.57. Concordia posted a quarterly net loss from continuing operations of $78.8 million, and total revenue of $160.6 million.
  • The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) shares dipped 23.8 percent to $15.42. Hackett Group, posted in-line quarterly earnings, but sales missed estimates. The company also issued a weak forecast for the current quarter. Craig-Hallum downgraded Hackett Group from Buy to Hold.
  • Vitamin Shoppe Inc (NYSE: VSI) shares dropped 23.6 percent to $14.55 as the company posted downbeat Q1 results and issued a weak FY17 forecast.
  • Fossil Group Inc (NASDAQ: FOSL) declined 22.6 percent to $14.05 after the company posted downbeat quarterly results and issued a weak outlook for the second quarter.
  • Cleantech Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ: CLNT) shares declined 19.5 percent to $4.39 after surging 66.67 percent on Tuesday.
  • Yelp Inc (NYSE: YELP) shares dropped 17.9 percent to $28.50. Yelp posted a narrower-than-expected loss for its first quarter, but sales missed estimates. The company also lowered its guidance for the year. MKM Partners downgraded Yelp from Buy to Neutral.
  • Dermira Inc (NASDAQ: DERM) shares declined 16.1 percent to $26.98. Dermira disclosed a proposed offering of $250 million of convertible senior notes.
  • Aqua Metals Inc (NASDAQ: AQMS) dropped 15.3 percent to $14.10. Aqua Metals reported a Q1 loss of $4.9 million.
  • PC Tel Inc (NASDAQ: PCTI) fell 14.3 percent to $6.99. PCTEL reported Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.04 per share on sales of $25 million. Wunderlich downgraded PCTEL from Buy to Hold.
  • Time Inc (NYSE: TIME) shares dropped 14.1 percent to $12.98 as the company reported a wider-than-expected loss for its first quarter and lowered its quarterly dividend from $0.19 per share to $0.04 per share.
  • Silver Spring Networks Inc (NYSE: SSNI) declined 13.8 percent to $10.05. Silver Spring Networks reported a Q1 loss of $0.44 per share on revenue of $50.2 million. Pacific Crest downgraded Silver Spring Networks from Overweight to Sector Weight.
  • EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) dropped 12.9 percent to $1.15 after the company posted Q1 results. The company also disclosed that its borrowing base has been reduced to $375 million.
  • Kandi Technologies Group Inc (NASDAQ: KNDI) shares fell 12.2 percent to $3.95. Kandi Technologies reported a Q1 loss of $24.2 million, versus a profit in the year-ago period.
  • Opko Health Inc. (NYSE: OPK) shares dropped 10.7 percent to $6.73 after reporting weak quarterly results.
  • Acacia Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIA) dropped 9.1 percent to $44.00. Acacia Communications reported upbeat Q1 results, but issued a weak forecast for the current quarter.
  • Zayo Group Holdings Inc (NYSE: ZAYO) fell 6.8 percent to $32.64. Zayo Group posted upbeat quarterly profit, but sales missed views. JP Morgan downgraded Zayo from Overweight to Neutral.
  • Priceline Group Inc (NASDAQ: PCLN) fell 4.1 percent to $1,833.36. Priceline posted stronger-than-expected earnings for its first quarter, but sales missed views. The company also issued a weak earnings outlook for the second quarter.
  • Kornit Digital Ltd (NASDAQ: KRNT) shares fell 3.7 percent to $20.60 after the company reported downbeat quarterly results.
  • Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) fell 3.4 percent to $108.23. Walt Disney reported upbeat earnings for its second quarter, but sales missed expectations.
