Verona Pharma, Cloudera And 6 Others To Launch IPOs This Week

Since the beginning of the year, a number of retailers, biotech firms and natural resource companies have made their public debuts.

Here are eight more that will join the 2017 IPO class this week:

China Rapid Finance Ltd (XRF) will issue 10 million shares between $9.50 and $11.50 Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange. The 16-year-old online platform supports peer-to-peer lending in China.

Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. (FND) will issue more than 8.8 million shares between $16 and $18 Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange. The Atlanta-based retailer boasts thousands of styles for tile, wood and stone flooring.

Verona Pharma plc (VRNA) will issue more than 4.4 million shares at $13.49 Thursday on the Nasdaq. Already trading on the London Stock Exchange at 133 pounds, Verona is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on respiratory diseases such as COPD and cystic fibrosis.

Carvana Co. (CNVA) will issue 15 million shares between $14 and $16 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange. Through the online automotive seller, consumers can browse certified vehicles, take a 360-degree virtual tour, make a purchase and have the car delivered to the front curb.

Cloudera, Inc. (CLDR) will issue 15 million shares between $12 and $14 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange. The company offers insights and analytics to support data-driven businesses, such as clients DISH Network Corp (NASDAQ: DISH), Cisco Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCO) and Mastercard Inc (NYSE: MA).

Emerald Expositions Events, Inc. (EEX) will issue 15.5 million shares between $18 and $20 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange. Emerald brings 110 years of experience operating business-to-business trade shows in sectors such as technology, construction and jewelry.

NCS Multistage Holdings (NCSM) will issue 9.5 million shares between $15 and $18 Friday on the Nasdaq. With business on five continents, NCS supports global oil and gas industries with hydraulic fracturing tools and services.

Zymeworks Inc. (ZYME) will issue 4.5 million shares between $13 and $16 Friday on the New York Stock Exchange. The Vancouver-based company develops bispecific antibodies and ADCs for various indications.
