  • ContraVir Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: CTRV) shares dipped 31.3 percent to $0.811. ContraVir Pharmaceuticals priced its 12 million share offering at $1 per share.
  • NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE: NGL) tumbled 21.9 percent to $16.95. NGL Energy Partners declared a quarterly distribution of $0.39 per unit and revised its fiscal year 2017 and fiscal year 2018 outlook.
  • Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII) declined 15.1 percent to $22.70 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q1 results.
  • Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: OPTT) shares dropped 12.4 percent to $2.40.
  • Ritter Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: RTTR) shares fell 11.3 percent to $0.914.
  • Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ: ESRX) shares dropped 11.2 percent to $59.70after the company announced it is likely losing Anthem Inc (NYSE: ANTM), its largest client, after Anthem’s current contract ends in 2019. Express Scripts reported upbeat earnings for its first quarter, but sales missed expectations.
  • Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE: R) declined 10.1 percent to $71.29 after the company reported downbeat Q1 earnings and lowered its FY 2017 guidance.
  • PhaseRx Inc (NASDAQ: PZRX) shares fell 9 percent to $1.73. PhaseRx disclosed that it has received a positive opinion for orphan drug designation for PRX-OTC from the EMA.
  • Barrick Gold Corp (USA) (NYSE: ABX) declined 8.8 percent to $17.36 after the company posted weaker-than-expected Q1 earnings and lowered its FY17 gold production outlook.
  • Himax Technologies, Inc. (ADR) (NASDAQ: HIMX) slipped 7 percent to $7.15. Himax Technologies is expected to report Q1 earnings on May 11, 2017.
  • Nielsen N.V. (NYSE: NLSN) shares dropped 5.1 percent to $39.47 on downbeat quarterly earnings.
  • PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) fell 5 percent to $21.93 after the company posted weak quarterly results.
  • Heartland Financial USA Inc (NASDAQ: HTLF) dropped 4.2 percent to $49.85. DA Davidson downgraded Heartland Financial from Buy to Neutral.
  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) fell 2.3 percent to $269.93 after the company reported downbeat earnings for its first quarter.
