  • Essendant Inc (NASDAQ: ESND) shares tumbled 27.7 percent to $15.98. Essendant reported a Q4 loss of $2.4 million on revenue of $1.25 billion.
  • Fiesta Restaurant Group Inc (NASDAQ: FRGI) shares dipped 22.4 percent to $20.15. Fiesta Restaurant posted in-line Q4 earnings, but sales missed estimates. The company also disclosed that it has suspended its sale exploration process. Raymond James downgraded Fiesta Restaurant from Outperform to Market Perform.
  • INC Research Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: INCR) dropped 21.3 percent to $44.50. INC Research posted in-line quarterly earnings, but sales missed estimates. The company also issued a weak FY17 forecast.
  • Cempra Inc (NASDAQ: CEMP) shares tumbled 20.2 percent to $3.35 after reporting a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Medpace Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: MEDP) fell 17.3 percent to $30.08. Medpace reported a Q4 loss of $21,000 on revenue of $108.2 million. Medpace projects full-year earnings of $1.58 to $1.68 per share.
  • Ophthotech Corp (NASDAQ: OPHT) shares dropped 17.1 percent to $3.79 after the company reported a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Kona Grill Inc (NASDAQ: KONA) shares declined 16.5 percent to $6.35 after the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • HTG Molecular Diagnostics Inc (NASDAQ: HTGM) shares fell 16.3 percent to $2.66 after surging 154.40 percent on Monday.
  • Seadrill Ltd (NYSE: SDRL) declined 15.8 percent to $1.72 after the company reported Q4 results. Seadrill also warned about filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
  • Libbey Inc. (NYSE: LBY) dropped 14.1 percent to $14.47. Libbey reported a Q4 loss of $2.2 million.
  • Tenet Healthcare Corp (NYSE: THC) shares fell 14.1 percent to $19.47 after the company posted downbeat results for its fourth quarter and issued a weak forecast.
  • Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT) shares dropped 12.9 percent to $58.29 after the company reported downbeat earnings for its fourth quarter and issued a weak outlook for the current quarter.
  • Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO) shares fell 12.1 percent to $74.42. Perrigo agreed to divest Tysabri royalty stream for up to $2.85 billion and announced resignation of its CFO Judy Brown. Perrigo reported preliminary 2016 results and announced plans to reduce global workforce by 750 employees.
  • Frontier Communications Corp (NASDAQ: FTR) shares declined 9.9 percent to $2.96 as the company posted a wider-than-expected loss for its fourth quarter on Monday.
  • Valeant Pharmaceuticals Intl Inc (NYSE: VRX) dropped 9.8 percent to $15.07. Valeant posted upbeat quarterly earnings.
  • Workday Inc (NYSE: WDAY) fell 7.4 percent to $83.56. Workday reported Q4 earnings of $0.07 per share on revenue of $436.7 million. Citigroup downgraded Workday from Neutral to Sell.
  • Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) fell 7.1 percent to $1.51. Novovax reported a Q4 loss of $0.21 per share on revenue of $5.4 million.
  • Exelixis, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXEL) fell 6 percent to $21.72. Exelixis reported Q4 earnings of $0.12 per share on revenue of $77.58 million. Stifel Nicolaus downgraded Exelixis from Buy to Hold.
  • Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP) fell 3.1 percent to $19.37. Triangle Capital reported commencement of public offering of 7 million shares of common stock.
  • Realty Income Corp (NYSE: O) fell 2.4 percent to $61.61. Realty Income reported commencement of public offering of 8 million shares of common stock.
