  • Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEVO) shares dipped 30 percent to $1.61. Gevo reported the pricing of $11.9 million public offering of common stock and warrants and signed a Letter of Intent with HCS Holding for the commercial supply of isooctane.
  • Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd (NYSE: NAK) shares fell 27.4 percent to $2.30. Northern Dynasty Minerals shares have surged 808.57 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 22.83 percent in the same period.
  • KBS Fashion Group Limited (NASDAQ: KBSF) shares declined 22.9 percent to $7.56 after dropping 9.84 percent on Monday.

  • NetSol Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: NTWK) dropped 11.1 percent to $4.40. NetSol reported Q2 adjusted EBITDA of $0.09 per share on sales of $17.6 million.
  • OHR Pharmaceutical Inc (NASDAQ: OHRP) fell 11.1 percent to $1.20. Ohr Pharmaceutical reported a Q1 loss of $0.21 per share. The company also disclosed that it has paused enrollment for Phase 3 trial of squalamine due to 'ongoing business discussions.'
  • Tata Motors Limited (ADR) (NYSE: TTM) dropped 10.7 percent to $33.41. Tata Motors posted a 97 percent decline in its quarterly profit.
  • My Size, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYSZ) shares dropped 10.1 percent to $ 9.86 after jumping 184.94 percent on Monday.
  • Dynasil Corporation of America (NASDAQ: DYSL) declined 9.4 percent to $1.23. Dynasil reported Q1 earnings of $0.17 per share on revenue of $9.143 million.
  • Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO) shares slipped 8.2 percent to $19.14. Flowers Foods reported in-line earnings for its fourth quarter, while sales missed expectations.
  • Amkor Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMKR) shares dropped 8 percent to $9.61 after the company posted downbeat revenue for its fourth quarter and issued a weak outlook for the current quarter.
  • Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Inc (NASDAQ: PLKI) declined 7.2 percent to $65.74. Restaurant Brands International Inc (NYSE: QSR) is said to have approached Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen regarding a potential takeover, according to sources as reported by Reuters.
  • RingCentral Inc (NYSE: RNG) shares fell 3 percent to $23.10. RingCentral posted upbeat quarterly earnings.
  • Pennantpark Floating Rate Capital Ltd (NASDAQ: PFLT) fell 2.7 percent to $13.63. PennantPark Floating Rate Capital reported an offering of 5 million shares of common stock.
