9 Action Figures Netflix Needs To Make

Netflix, Inc. NFLX is reportedly considering dipping its toes into the toy business. While Netflix superheroes such as Daredevil and Jessica Jones make obvious choices for action figures, here are nine Netflix characters Benzinga believes shouldn’t get overlooked by the Netflix toy department.

1. Francis Underwood

Francis Underwood and Douglas Stamper from “House of Cards” are essentially the Batman and Robin of Washington, D.C., except instead of fighting crime they fight for their own self-interests. Subway train set not included.

2. Bojack Horseman

The Bojack Horseman Hollywood mansion playset would come with a pool and a refillable beer keg to keep Bojack swimming in both water and booze.

3. Frank Murphy

You could squeeze the Frank figure to make his eyes bug out. He would also repeat several lovable quotes from “F is for Family," including “I didn’t go to college, I went to Korea!” and “As God as my witness, I will put you through that f—ing wall!”

4. Pablo Escobar

The “Narcos” villain’s toy would come with real growing facial hair and action mustache trimmers. Smuggling plane and suspicious packages sold separately.

5. Dev Shah

Dev’s “Master of None” action figure could include his magic Go-Gurt and trusty smartphone equipped with all the latest apps.

6. Dustin Henderson

Eleven is the obvious choice for a “Stranger Things” action figure, but how about some love for Dustin Henderson and his lovable lisp? Mini Dungeons and Dragons set and trademark generic baseball cap included.

7. Crazy Eyes

Again, there may be more obvious choices from “Orange is the New Black,” but it’s so easy to see an action figure that has spring-loaded head slapping motion accompanied by a “Stupid!” sound bite.

8. Kimmy Schmidt

Children would love burying the “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” star in her underground bunker and then digging her up and dressing her in her elf uniform for work.

9. Roman Godfrey

The “Hemlock Grove” figure would have pop-out vampire teeth, but children could also fill it with water and then squeeze it to activate real teenage emo tears whenever his mother is mean to him. Mother not included.
