  • Stemline Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: STML) shares tumbled 32.8 percent to $6.55. A cancer patient died from side effect in Stemline Therapeutics’ SL-401 drug trial, according to TheStreet.com's Adam Feuerstein.
  • CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS) fell 17.6 percent to $39.76. CSG Systems reported a Q4 profit of $12.6 million on revenue of $195.2 million.
  • Seadrill Ltd (NYSE: SDRL) dropped 17.6 percent to $1.62. Seadrill shares have gained 4.26 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has climbed 19.79 percent in the same period.
  • Resolute Forest Products Inc (NYSE: RFP) shares dipped 15.6 percent to $4.60. Resolute reported a Q4 net loss of $45 million, or $0.50 per share, versus a year-ago net loss of $214 million , or $2.39 per share.
  • Shutterfly, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFLY) shares declined 15.1 percent to $43.95 after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results.
  • Corium International Inc (NASDAQ: CORI) shares declined 14.5 percent to $3.15. Corium priced its follow-on offering of 6.66 million shares of common stock at $3 per share.
  • Aviragen Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: AVIR) shares dropped 13.8 percent to $1.06 after the company reported top-line results from Phase 2a RSV challenge study of BTA585. The data depicted that there was not a significant reduction in primary endpoint.
  • Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) dropped 13.7 percent to $55.22. Cirrus Logic posted upbeat results for its third quarter.
  • Civeo Corporation (Canada) (NYSE: CVEO) shares fell 12 percent to $3.17. Civeo reported an offering of 20 million shares of common stock.
  • Ralph Lauren Corp (NYSE: RL) shares tumbled 11.7 percent to $77.13 after the company reported the departure of its CEO. Ralph Lauren reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $1.86 per share on revenue of $1.7 billion.
  • Edwards Lifesciences Corp (NYSE: EW) dropped 9.4 percent to $88.79. Edwards Lifesciences reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.75 per share on revenue of $768 million. BTIG Research downgraded Edwards Lifesciences from Buy to Neutral.
  • Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV) shares fell 8.6 percent to $106.42 following weak Q4 results.
  • Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) declined 8.6 percent to $42.80 after reporting downbeat Q4 results.
  • First Bancorp (NYSE: FBP) declined 7.8 percent to $6.32. First BanCorp disclosed that THL and Oaktree have commence secondary offering of shares.
  • Novo Nordisk A/S (ADR) (NYSE: NVO) dropped 7.7 percent to $33.85 after reporting weak Q4 profit.
  • CymaBay Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: CBAY) shares fell 6.3 percent to $1.95. CymaBay reported a proposed public offering of common stock.
  • CVS Health Corp (NYSE: CVS) declined 4.6 percent to $74.39. Baird downgraded CVS Health from Outperform to Neutral.
  • Metlife Inc (NYSE: MET) shares fell 3 percent to $52.25 after the company posted weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter.
