  • Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTI) shares dipped 22.9 percent to $1.08. Pluristem disclosed that it has increased its bought deal offering to $15 million of stock and warrants.
  • Affimed NV (NASDAQ: AFMD) shares fell 20.9 percent to $1.70. Affimed priced its public offering of 10,000,000 of its common shares at $1.80 per common share.
  • Uranium Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: URRE) dropped 14.6 percent to $2.29 after the company reported a closing of $9.7 million public offering.
  • NF Energy Saving Corp (NASDAQ: NFEC) shares fell 14 percent to $1.10. On Thursday, NF Energy Saving reported a business cooperation with an Indian company.
  • Naked Brand Group Inc (NASDAQ: NAKD) declined 13.7 percent to $1.83. Naked Brand shares have dropped 22.06 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 21.75 percent in the same period.
  • Delta Technology Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: DELT) shares fell 13.3 percent to $1.50. On Thursday, Delta Technology posted a surge in sales for the fourth quarter.
  • Bristol-Myers Squibb Co (NYSE: BMY) shares declined 9.5 percent to $50.21 after the company reported that it will not be pursuing accelerated regulatory approval for its lung cancer drug Opvido/Yervoy.
  • Gravity Co., LTD. (ADR) (NASDAQ: GRVY) dropped 7.8 percent to $19.33 after rising 23.11 percent on Thursday.
  • Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: SGYP) declined 6.7 percent to $5.98. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said it approved the company’s plecanatide, branded as Trulance, for the treatment of chronic idiopathic constipation.
  • Intercept Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: ICPT) dropped 4.1 percent to $109.95. Needham downgraded Intercept Pharmaceuticals from Buy to Hold.
  • Abraxas Petroleum Corp. (NASDAQ: AXAS) shares slipped 4.1 percent to $2.58. Abraxas Petroleum priced its 25 million share offering at $2.40 per share.
  • Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) shares dropped 3.4 percent to $51.35. Herbalife issued disappointing earnings outlook for FY2017.
  • Stemline Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: STML) declined 3.2 percent to $10.65 after the company reported a proposed public offering of common stock.
  • Equifax Inc. (NYSE: EFX) slipped 2.2 percent to $117.54. Goldman Sachs downgraded Equifax from Neutral to Sell.
  • General Electric Company (NYSE: GE) shares fell 2.1 percent to $30.56. General Electric reported in-line earnings for its latest quarter, but sales missed expectations.
