  • Proteon Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: PRTO) shares dropped 16 percent to $2.10. JMP Securities, Raymond James and Cowen downgraded Proteon Therapeutics to Market Perform. On Tuesday, Proteon Therapeutics disclosed that it did not meet primary endpoint in PATENCY-1 trial.
  • Merus Labs International Inc (USA) (NASDAQ: MSLI) shares dipped 15 percent to $0.893. Merus Labs posted Q4 adjusted EBITDA of $11.6 million and gross basis revenue of $34.3 million.
  • First NBC Bank Holding Company (NASDAQ: FNBC) shares dropped 14.4 percent to $8.22. FBR Capital downgraded First NBC Bank from Market Perform to Underperform.
  • Crossroads Systems Inc (NASDAQ: CRDS) shares fell 14.3 percent to $4.54. Crossroads Systems reported a Q4 loss of $0.20 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $0.03 per share.
  • Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. (NYSE: ANW) shares declined 12.1 percent to $10.73 as the company reported a proposed offering of $100,000,000 convertible senior notes due 2021.
  • TrovaGene Inc (NASDAQ: TROV) fell 11.1 percent to $2.00 after the company reported a reorganization to increase focus on the global distribution of kits and systems to clinical research labs for the liquid biopsy oncology testing market
  • Airgain Inc (NASDAQ: AIRG) shares tumbled 9.8 percent to $16.50. Wunderlich downgraded Airgain from Buy to Hold.
  • Neovasc Inc (US) (NASDAQ: NVCN) dropped 9.6 percent to $2.10. On Tuesday, Neovasc reported the close of its $75 million transaction with Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX).
  • ABM Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ABM) declined 9 percent to $39.04. ABM posted better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter on Tuesday.
  • Alcobra Ltd (NASDAQ: ADHD) shares slipped 8.5 percent to $1.88 after the company disclosed that it has held a meeting with the FDA to discuss clinical hold on Metadoxine Extended Release. The company said it expects to provide more detail in the coming weeks.
  • Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) shares fell 6.7 percent to $101.71. Raymond James downgraded Universal Health from Outperform to Market Perform.
  • Achaogen Inc (NASDAQ: AKAO) shares dropped 4.8 percent to $14.14 after climbing 14.04 percent on Tuesday.
  • Accuray Incorporated (NASDAQ: ARAY) shares declined 4.4 percent to $4.93. JP Morgan downgraded Accuray from Overweight to Neutral.
  • Callon Petroleum Company (NYSE: CPE) shares slipped 4.3 percent to $16.65. Callon Petroleum reported an offering of 34 million shares of common stock and announced plans to acquire certain undeveloped acreage and producing oil & gas properties for total of $615 million in cash from Ameredev.
  • PBF Energy Inc (NYSE: PBF) fell 4.1 percent to $27.47. PBF Energy priced its 10 million share offering for gross proceeds of $277.5 million.
  • Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (NASDAQ: ORIG) shares dropped 3.2 percent to $2.43. Ocean Rig UDW is expected to release quarterly earnings after the closing bell.
  • General Motors Company (NYSE: GM) shares fell 3.1 percent to $36.20 amid a report of "monopolistic behavior" by the company in China and may be penalized as a result.
