  • Rapid7 Inc (NASDAQ: RPD) fell 21.9 percent to $11.12. Rapid7 reported Q3 adjusted loss of $0.13 per share on revenue of $40.3 million.
  • Sunworks Inc (NASDAQ: SUNW) shares dropped 19.9 percent to $2.30. Sunworks reported a Q3 loss of $0.29 per share on revenue of $17.6 million.
  • Novavax, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVAX) dropped 18 percent to $1.39. Novavax reported a narrower-than-expected loss for its third quarter, while revenue missed expectations. Management announced a corporate restructuring and cost savings plan. Novavax plans to reduce 30 percent of its workforce. The plan is expected to result in savings of $70 million to $100 million in 2017.
