The worst performing industries in the market today are:

  • Photographic Equipment & Supplies: This industry slipped 4.5 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was GoPro Inc GPRO, which fell 5.2 percent. GoPro is expected to release quarterly earnings on November 3, 2016.
  • Dairy Products: This industry declined 2.5 percent by 11:00 am with Dean Foods Co DF moving down 3 percent. Dean Foods is projected to release quarterly earnings on November 7, 2016.
  • Drug Related Products: This industry fell 2.3 percent by 11:00 am ET. Natural Alternatives International, Inc. NAII shares dropped 4.2 percent in today's trading. Natural Alternatives shares have climbed 126.50 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 1.06 percent in the same period.
  • Nonmetallic Mineral Mining: The industry dropped 1.8 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was SunCoke Energy Inc SXC, which declined 6 percent. SunCoke Energy announced plans to acquire SunCoke Energy Partners LP SXCP.
