  • Coupa Software Inc (NASDAQ: COUP) shares surged 103.9 percent to $36.70 in market debut. Coupa Software priced its IPO of 7.4 million shares at $18 per share.
  • Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (Marshall Islands) (NYSE: GNK) shares gained 64.5 percent to $7.42 after the company reported equity purchase agreements.
  • Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AUPH) jumped 32.8 percent to $5.38 after the company disclosed 24-week data from the AURION study.
  • PhotoMedex Inc (NASDAQ: PHMD) shares climbed 28.7 percent to $1.48 after ICTV Brands, Inc agreed to acquire the consumer products business of PhotoMedex for $9.5 million.
  • Georgetown Bancorp Inc (MD) (NASDAQ: GTWN) rose 24.5 percent to $25.41 after Salem Five Bancorp agreed to acquire Georgetown Bancorp in an all cash transaction valued at around $49.2 million.
  • ICU Medical, Incorporated (NASDAQ: ICUI) shares surged 13 percent to $142.39. ICU Medical reported the purchase of Hospira Infusion Systems Unit from Pfizer Inc (NYSE: PFE) for $1 billion in cash and stock. ICU Medical reported preliminary Q3 adjusted earnings of $1.20 per share on sales of $96 million.
  • Zumiez Inc. (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) climbed 13.9 percent to $20.81. Zumiez reported an 11.5 percent rise in its Septmber sales and raised its Q3 revenue guidance.
  • Skypeople Fruit Juice Inc (NASDAQ: SPU) shares rose 10.2 percent to $8.65. Skypeople Fruit Juice shares have climbed 14.10 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 9.08 percent in the same period.
  • Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation (NASDAQ: BGFV) shares climbed 9.7 percent to $15.21. Deutsche Bank upgraded Big 5 Sporting Goods from Hold to Buy.
  • Alliqua Biomedical Inc (NASDAQ: ALQA) gained 6 percent to $0.890. Alliqua BioMedical agreed to acquire Soluble Systems, LLC for $35 million and reported preliminary Q3 revenue of $4.85 million.
  • Kamada Ltd (NASDAQ: KMDA) shares rose 5.5 percent to $5.38 after the company reported the extension of GLASSIA supply and distribution deal with Shire.
  • SCYNEXIS Inc (NASDAQ: SCYX) gained 5.4 percent to $5.06 after the company disclosed that results from Phase 2 studies confirmed antifungal activity of oral SCY-078 in patients with Candida infections. The company also reported closing of a $15 million term loan with Solar Capital Ltd. (NASDAQ: SLRC).
