  • Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AUPH) jumped 32.8 percent to $5.38 after the company disclosed 24-week data from the AURION study.
  • PhotoMedex Inc (NASDAQ: PHMD) shares climbed 28.7 percent to $1.48 after ICTV Brands, Inc agreed to acquire the consumer products business of PhotoMedex for $9.5 million.

  • Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation (NASDAQ: BGFV) shares climbed 9.7 percent to $15.21. Deutsche Bank upgraded Big 5 Sporting Goods from Hold to Buy.
  • Alliqua Biomedical Inc (NASDAQ: ALQA) gained 6 percent to $0.890. Alliqua BioMedical agreed to acquire Soluble Systems, LLC for $35 million and reported preliminary Q3 revenue of $4.85 million.
  • Kamada Ltd (NASDAQ: KMDA) shares rose 5.5 percent to $5.38 after the company reported the extension of GLASSIA supply and distribution deal with Shire.
  • SCYNEXIS Inc (NASDAQ: SCYX) gained 5.4 percent to $5.06 after the company disclosed that results from Phase 2 studies confirmed antifungal activity of oral SCY-078 in patients with Candida infections.
