The worst performing industries in the market today are:

  • Drug Manufacturers - Other: This industry slipped 2.1 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. SCLN, which fell 4.9 percent. SciClone Pharmaceuticals shares have climbed 58.12 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has increased 15.25 percent in the same period.
  • Sporting Goods Stores: This industry declined 2 percent by 11:00 am with Dicks Sporting Goods Inc DKS moving down 2.9 percent. Dicks Sporting shares have surged 20.67 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 15.25 percent in the same period.
