- Regulus Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: RGLS) shares dropped 45.6 percent to $2.72 after the FDA said it had placed the company’s lead product candidate, RG-101 for the treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, on clinical hold.
- Celyad SA (ADR) (NASDAQ: CYAD) shares fell 36.5 percent to $26.97. Celyad reported that its CHART-1 Phase 3 trial did not meet primary endpoint.
- COMSCORE, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOR) shares fell 21.2 percent to $23.16. COMSCORE has delayed to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015. The company reported that its Audit Committee and Board need further time to evaluate the information collected and make final conclusions.
- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc (NYSE: BW) declined 21 percent to $15.03 after the company lowered its 2016 earnings forecast and announced plans to cut over 200 positions in North America immediately.
