  • Carbylan Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: CBYL) shares dropped 21.29 percent to $0.90 following announcement of share purchase agreement with KalVista Pharmaceuticals. KalVista will become wholly-owned subsidary of Carbylan.
  • Leading Brands, Inc (USA) (NASDAQ: LBIX) shares declined 15.81 percent to $2.13. On Tuesday, Leading Brands reported Q1 earnings of $0.10 per share on revenue of $3.033 million.
  • Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. (NYSE: IDN) shares dropped 14.21 percent to $1.57 as the company reported the pricing of a $2.1 million public offering.
  • Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: AUPH) shares declined 10.66 percent to $2.59 as the company reported a private placement of shares at $2.36 per unit for a total of $7.08 million.
  • Bob Evans Farms Inc (NASDAQ: BOBE) shares fell 8.40 percent to $40.98. Bob Evans Farms reported better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter, but issued a weak earnings forecast for the year.
  • Scorpio Bulkers Inc (NYSE: SALT) shares declined 6.50 percent to $3.02. Scorpio Bulkers priced 20 million its share offering at $3.05 per share.
  • Perrigo Company plc (NYSE: PRGO) dropped 4.1 percent to $103.71. According to a report from, Perrigo was close to being acquired by an un-named UK company for approximately $20 billion.
