Metal Fabrication: This industry rose 3.5 percent by 10:30 am ET. The top performer in this industry was Tenaris SA (ADR) (NYSE: TS), which gained 2.1 percent. Tenaris shares have declined 8.66 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has dropped 1.43 percent in the same period.

Computer Peripherals: The industry gained 1.8 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Stratasys, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSYS), which gained 3.8 percent. Stratasys named IBM veteran, Tim Bohling as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Movie Production, Theaters: This industry moved up 1.4 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (USA) (NYSE: LGF), which rose 9 percent. Lions Gate reported stronger-than-expected results for the fourth quarter on Wednesday.
