KEYW Gets Prime Position on $460 Million Multiple Award Contract with Cyber Command

disclosed Monday that it has been granted a prime position on a five-year multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a $460 million ceiling value. According to the company, the contract is to provide a broad scope of services required to support the Cyber Command mission in the United States including project management, cyberspace operations, planning, training, and exercises and other mission support disciplines. KEYW president and CEO, Bill Weber, commented, "We are extremely pleased to be selected as a prime contract awardee by U.S. Cyber Command to support its mission critical operations. This contract vehicle represents a significant growth opportunity for KEYW to expand its footprint in supporting cyber missions across the U.S. Intelligence Community." Following the news, the stock traded 4.40 percent higher on Monday.
