Regional Airlines: This industry rose 1 percent by 10:30 am ET. The top performer in this industry was JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ: JBLU), which gained 2 percent. JetBlue's PEG ratio is 0.26.

Biotechnology: The industry gained 0.7 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp. (NASDAQ: SNTA), which gained 70 percent. Synta Pharmaceuticals announced plans to merge with privately-held Madrigal Pharmaceuticals.

Cigarettes: This industry moved up 0.6 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Reynolds American, Inc. (NYSE: RAI), which rose 1.1 percent.
