Repligen Acquires Atoll for $22.5MThe Deal

announced Monday, that it has acquired Germany's Atoll GmBH for $22.5 million in cash and stock. The purchase price includes $9.1 million in cash and 538,700 shares of Repligen common stock. Repligen closed at $26.89 on Monday, down $0.03.
Brocade to Acquire Ruckus Wireless for $1.5BThe Deal
