Seventy seven percent of Hispanics have an unfavorable view on Republican Presidential hopeful Donald Trump, while just 12 percent view him favorably, according to a recent data from Gallup.
Gallup said this gives Trump by far the most negative image among Hispanics of any of the four Republican candidates. He also has a much more negative image among Hispanics than the two Democratic candidates.
The negative view on Trump was expected given his controversial remark on Mexicans in June when he called for building a giant wall along the Mexican border.
The unfavorable view of Hispanics on Trump may hurt his chances in upcoming primary elections in Southwestern states and Florida.
