21Vianet Group Inc (NASDAQ: VNET) rose 6.72 percent to $18.74 in pre-market trading. 21Vianet Group is expected to release its Q4 financial results on March 10, 2016.

Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HALO) shares rose 6.40 percent to $8.65 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat Q4 results.

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDX) shares rose 6.32 percent to $7.23 in pre-market trading. H.C. Wainwright initiated coverage on Celldex Therapeutics with a Buy rating and a $25.00 price target.

JD.Com Inc(ADR) (NASDAQ: JD) shares rose 3.19 percent to $26.53 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported upbeat Q4 results.

Sunedison Inc (NYSE: SUNE) shares fell 20.20 percent to $1.58 in pre-market trading as the company reported that it is delaying its annual report. Oppenheimer downgraded SunEdison from Outperform to Perform.

Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) shares fell 5.48 percent to $7.77 in pre-market trading after the company announced a public offering of 145 million shares of its stock.

Dollar Tree, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLTR) shares fell 4.67 percent to $76.50 in pre-market trading as the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter.
