rose Friday, on a report from GeoInvesting indicating NQ Mobile could be a going private target following its sale of FL Mobile. NQ Mobile announced last August an agreement to sell FL Mobile to a subsidiary of Tsinghua Holdings for no less than $626 million. Bison Capital had offered $9.80 per share to acquire NQ Mobile in July 2014. That offer was rejected. Bison Capital is said to have ended its bid for NQ in August 2015. NQ Mobile closed at $3.78 on Friday, up 6.18%.

announced Friday, that it has agreed to acquire the office complex in central Moscow that houses its Russian headquarters. Terms were not disclosed. Yandex shares fell 3.13% on Friday, to close at $12.67.
Micronet Enertec Technologies to Acquire Telematics Business Of Novatel Wireless for $24MThe Deal

announced Friday, that it has acquire the Telematics business of Novatel Wireless, Inc.

for $24 milion. The deal is expected to close by the end of Q1 quarter of 2016. Micronet closed at $2.23 on Friday, up 12.06%.
