Randgold Resources Ltd. (ADR) (NASDAQ: GOLD) shares rose 2.04 percent to $86.86 in the pre-market trading session after surging 8.71 percent on Monday. Deutsche Bank downgraded Randgold Resources from Buy to Hold.

The Coca-Cola Co (NYSE: KO) shares rose 0.80 percent to $43.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported upbeat Q4 results.


Losers

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: REGN) shares fell 6.79 percent to $364.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results.

ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) shares dropped 5.01 percent to $22.00 in pre-market trading after falling 9.32 percent on Monday.

Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) fell 4.05 percent to $142.00 in pre-market trading. Barclays maintained Tesla Motors with a Underweight and lowered the price target from $180.00 to $165.00.

Sears Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: SHLD) shares fell 2.93 percent to $16.24 in pre-market trading after the company provided an update to its Q4 results which are scheduled to be released on February 25. Sears expects to report revenue of $7.3 billion in the fourth quarter and $25.1 billion for the full year fiscal 2015. Sears expects to report its fourth quarter Adjusted EBITDA to be between a loss of $100 million and $50 million, compared to an Adjusted EBITDA of $125 million in the same quarter a year ago.

ASML Holding NV (ADR) (NASDAQ: ASML) shares fell 2.62 percent to $84.10 in pre-market trading after dropping 2.26 percent on Monday.

Viacom, Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB) shares fell 1.58 percent to $41.19 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 revenue.
