At 10:30 am, the Dow fell 1.58 percent to 16,188.74, the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index moved down 1.25 percent to 1,915.08 and the NASDAQ composite index fell 1.17 percent to 4,566.18.

Toys & Games: This industry gained 6.3 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Mattel, Inc.(NASDAQ: MAT), which rose 11.5 percent. Mattel reported upbeat earnings for the fourth quarter.
Department Stores: This industry rose 2.1 percent by 10:30 am ET. The top performer in this industry was J C Penney Company Inc (NYSE: JCP), which gained 1 percent. Piper Jaffray maintained an Overweight rating for J C Penney, with a price target of $18.
Oil & Gas Equipment & Services: The industry gained 1.3 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Superior Drilling Products, Inc. (NYSE: SDPI), which gained 8.4 percent. Superior Drilling Products shares have declined 50 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has dropped 5.40 percent in the same period.
Drug Delivery: This industry moved up 1.1 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Delcath Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCTH), which rose 3.5 percent.
