Biogen Inc (NASDAQ: BIIB) shares rose 5.82 percent to $275.00 in the pre-market trading session after the company reported better-than-expected Q4 results.

FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) shares rose 2.12 percent to $130.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported a 25 million share repurchase program.

American Airlines Group Inc (NASDAQ: AAL) rose 1.24 percent to $40.13 in the pre-market trading session. UBS upgraded American Airlines Group from Neutral to Buy.

Losers

VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) shares fell 10.32 percent to $44.21 in pre-market trading. VMware reported better-than-expected results for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. The company issued a weak forecast for 2016 and announced plans to cut around 800 jobs.

Boeing Co (NYSE: BA) shares fell 6.37 percent to $119.85 in the pre-market trading. Boeing reported upbeat Q4 earnings, but the company issued a weak forecast for 2016.

Ericsson (ADR) (NASDAQ: ERIC) shares fell 5.62 percent to $9.07 in pre-market trading on Q4 results. Ericsson posted Q4 operating profit of 11.0 billion crowns, up from 6.3 billion in the year-ago period.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) fell 3.64 percent to $96.35 in pre-market trading. Apple reported upbeat earnings for its first quarter, but the company missed sales expectations.

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) fell 2.86 percent to $42.80 in the pre-market trading session. Citigroup downgraded Bed Bath & Beyond from Neutral to Sell.
