. Amazon announced that it sold more than 23 million unique items worldwide from sellers on Cyber Monday, marking a more than 40 percent increase from a year ago. Amazon added that during the holiday season, individuals and businesses selling on Amazon sold to more than 80 percent of Amazon customers worldwide who bought a physical item. Finally, Amazon noted that its Fulfillment by Amazon service delivered more than 1 billion items worldwide in 2015. In addition, Sponsored Productions adoption by sellers worldwide grew more than 100 percent from a year ago. "2015 was a big year for sellers on Amazon, Peter Faricy, VP for Amazon Marketplace said. "In fact, sellers added more new selection and shipped more items than in any previous year."
