is said to be in advanced talks to acquire
Baxalta IncBXLT
for about $32 billion in cash and stock, or$46.50 to $48 a share, according to sources as reported by Bloomberg on Sunday. The sources say a deal could be announced as early as this week. Shire shares fell 1.93 percent to close at $205.00 on Thursday, while Baxalta shares jumped 15.18 percent to $45.00 in the after-hours trading session.
Tesla Motors IncTSLA
reported that it has delivered 17,400 vehicles during the fourth quarter, and 50,580 vehicles for the full year. Tesla shares fell 2.63 percent to $233.70 in pre-market trading.
iDreamSky Technology Ltd (ADR) DSKY
entered into a definitive merger agreement with Dream Investment Holdings Limited and Dream Merger Sub Limited at $14.00 per share. iDreamSky Technology shares rose 0.90 percent to close at $13.39 on Thursday.
