Glacier Bancorp Declares Its 12th Special Dividend; Shares Little Changed

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBCI), a regional bank holding company, announced on Wednesday it will pay a special dividend of $0.30 per share on January 21, 2016.

Glacier Bancorp noted that Wednesday's announcement represents its 12th special dividend in its history. The company added that it has declared 123 consecutive quarterly dividends and has increased its dividend 39 times.

Shares of Glacier Bancorp were showing no trades during Thursday's pre-market session and have lost 2.16 percent since the start of 2015.
