Management Services: This industry jumped 1.5 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Towers Watson & Co(NASDAQ: TW), which rose 5 percent. Willis Group Holdings PLC (NYSE: WSH) and Towers Watson reported that shareholders of each company have approved the merger.

Silver: This industry rose 0.9 percent by 10:30 am ET. The top performer in this industry was Mines Management, Inc. (NYSE: MGN), which gained 2.6 percent. Mines Management shares have dropped 68.87percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 2.49 percent in the same period.

Recreational Goods, Other: The industry gained 0.5 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Tuniu Corp (NASDAQ: TOUR), which gained 1.8 percent. Tuniu's PEG ratio is 1.35.

Insurance Brokers: This industry moved up 0.4 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Willis Group Holdings PLC (NYSE: WSH), which rose 4 percent.
