Syngenta AG (ADR) (NYSE: SYT) shares tumbled 5.01 percent to $75.10 in pre-market trading. Shares of Syngenta surged over 9 percent Tuesday, on report from Bloomberg that Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) is considering a new approach for Syngenta, as well as crop-chemical assets from other companies, according to COO Brett Begemann.
GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares dipped 4.26 percent to $19.98 in pre-market trading. Piper Jaffray lowered price target on GoPro from $20 to $15.
Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) shares declined 3.95 percent to $75.32 in pre-market trading after the company announced its plans to spin off its GoTo Family of Products and cut around 1,000 jobs.
QUALCOMM, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM) shares fell 2.42 percent to $51.70 in pre-market trading after the company confirmed the receipt of Korea Fair Trade Commission Case Examiner's Report. The company said the allegations and conclusions contained in the report are not supported by facts.
