Shares of Vina Concha y Toro SA (ADR) VCO were trading up more than 6 percent in Friday’s after-hours session on no particular news. The surge may be a correction of the 7.66 percent loss the stock experienced over the regular session.
Southwestern Energy Company SWNC lost about 5.5 percent after the bell rang, losing all of the ground gained (5.22 percent) during the day. The stock had risen on Friday, even though oil prices continued to fall.
Alcobra Ltd ADHD was down about 3.5 percent after the market closed. The decline seemed to be a continuation of the 12.22 percent tumble the stock experienced during the day, after the company priced an underwritten public offering of 6.175 million ordinary shares at $6.50 per share. Although gross proceeds are expected to reach roughly $40.1 million, investors did not seem happy.
Dollar Tree, Inc. DLTR was up about 7 percent in the after-hours session, regaining the ground lost (6.5 percent) during the day. Increased stakes in the company were disclosed by the Vanguard Group and Wells Fargo.
