on Monday. The two railway companies have reportedly held early stage talks regarding a potential combination. Canadian Pacific and Norfolk Southern declined comment on the rumor.to comment. Norfolk Southern shares rose almost 11% Monday to close at $88.62.

and private equity firm Rizvi Traverse Management, LLC, announced Monday, that they have agreed that Rizvi Traverse will acquire RealD for $11.00 per share in cash, with the transaction valued at approximately $551 million. The deal is expected to close in Q4 of FY 2016 or shortly thereafter. RealD rose 2.37% Monday, closing at $10.82.
