announced Friday, that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Good Technology for $425 million in cash. The deal is expected to close toward the end of the company's FY Q3. Good Technology provides secure mobility applications for more than 6,200 organizations, including more than half of the Fortune 100. BlackBerry closed at $7.28 on Friday, a loss of 2.5%.
Dover to Acquire Dispenser And System Businesses from Tokheim Group for ~$465MThe Deal

announced Monday, that it has made a binding offer to acquire Tokheim Group's dispenser and system businesses for around $465 million. The transaction is expected to close early in 2016. Dover closed at $58.66 Friday, down 1.35%.
Nordson Acquires MatriX Technologies; Terms Not DisclosedThe Deal

announced Friday, it has acquired manufacturer of automated X-ray inspection equipment, MatriX Technologies GmbH. Terms of the deal and financial details of the business were not disclosed. Nordson shares closed at $64.44 Friday, a loss of 1%.
