, today announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock by certain of the Company's stockholders (the "Selling Stockholders") at a price of $60.00 per share. In addition, the Selling Stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares of the Company's Class A common stock at the public offering price.
