United Natural Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNFI) shares slipped 11.13 percent to $55.58 after the company reported the termination of Albertsons Companies contract. Bank of America downgraded United Natural Foods from Neutral to Underperform and lowered the price target from $70.00 to $50.00.

RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) declined 6.77 percent to $9.78. RADCOM reported Q2 sales of $4.837 million and adjusted earnings of $0.07 per share.

Astec Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTE) dropped 6.03 percent to $38.96 after the company reported downbeat Q2 earnings.

EXACT Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ: EXAS) shares fell 5.81 percent to $25.46 after the company priced its 7 million offering at $25.50 per share.

International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) shares dipped 4.36 percent to $165.66. IBM reported better-than-expected earnings for its second quarter, but the company's revenue missed analysts' estimates.

Exelixis, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXEL) shares dropped 3.91 percent to $5.65 after surging 50.38 percent on Monday.

Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ: TSLA) shares declined 3.32 percent to $272.88. UBS analyst Colin Langan downgraded the rating on Tesla Motors from Neutral to Sell, while lowering the price target from $220 to $210.
