American Realty Capital Properties to Transfer Listing to NYSE

American Realty Capital Properties, Inc.

("ARCP" or the "Company") announced today that it will transfer the listing of its common stock ("Common Stock"), par value $0.01 per share, and 6.70% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series F Preferred Stock"), par value $0.01 per share, from the NASDAQ Global Select Market ("NASDAQ") to the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). The Company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on July 31, 2015. Until the opening of trading July 31, 2015, when the Company expects the Common Stock and Series F Preferred Stock will begin to trade on the NYSE under a new, soon-to-be announced corporate name and ticker symbols, each of the Common Stock and Series F Preferred Stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbols ARCP and ARCPP, respectively. American Reality Capital Properties ("ARCP") is a leading, self-managed commercial real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and owning single tenant freestanding commercial properties subject to net leases with high credit quality tenants. "In line with the many changes that we have made recently at the corporate level to re-position the Company, we are excited to re-list under a new name and ticker symbol with the NYSE," said Glenn J.
