BSQUARE, OraSure Technologies, Avon Products Lead Thursday's After-Hours Movers


BSQUARE Corporation (NASDAQ: BSQR) soared 22 percent to $4.99 in Thursday's after-hours session after the company, which provides software and engineering for the development of smart, connected systems, posted first-quarter results and an outlook.

Willbros Group Inc (NYSE: WG) picked up about 6 percent after the bell, changing hands at $2.51. The shares closed down by a similar percentage earlier. Activist Lawndale Capital said Wednesday it would vote its 2.6 percent stake in favor of a staggered board at the company's June 9 annual meeting.

OraSure Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSUR) extended its gains in late trading, changing hands recently at $5.78, up more than 5 percent. The diagnostics device maker didn't issue recent news.

Flamel Technologies S.A. (ADR) (NASDAQ: FLML) rose 4 percent to $17 in extended trading. The France-based pharmaceuticals company is slated to post quarterly results Friday.

Applied Materials, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAT) gained nearly 3 percent trading at $20.40 after the bell. The chip maker posted favorable first-quarter results.

El Pollo LoCo Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: LOCO) dipped 12 percent to $25.41 after the chicken restaurant chain posted first-quarter results and forecast 2015 same-store sales growth of between 3 percent and 5 percent.

King Digital Entertainment PLC (NYSE: KING) declined 10 percent after the bell to $13.40. The "Candy Crush Saga" maker posted first-quarter results and said the mid-year period will be "seasonally softer" because of foreign currency woes.

Keurig Green Mountain Inc (NASDAQ: GMCR) dropped nearly 6 percent in extended trading to $97 a share. The company, which posted disappointing results May 6, didn't issue any recent news.

Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP) fell 5 percent to $7.16 in the late session after the company said it hadn't received an offer from PTG Capital Partners, and hasn't been able to confirm that such an entity exists. In a regulatory filing earlier Thursday, PTG said it had offered $18.75 a share for Avon.

Weibo Corp (ADR) (NASDAQ: WB) declined 3.5 percent to $16.45 after hours Thursday when the Chinese social media company posted first-quarter results.
