Orient Paper Receives Audit Opinion with Going Concern Paragraph

) ("Orient Paper" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of diversified paper products in North China, today announced that its independent registered public accounting firm included a going concern paragraph in its audit opinion relating to the Company's audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, which were included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K that the Company filed on March 25, 2015 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This announcement is made pursuant to NYSE MKT LLC Company Guide Section 610(b), which requires a public announcement of the receipt of an audit opinion containing a going concern paragraph.
