Solar Stocks To Watch Following JA Solar's Q4 Report

Shares of JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (ADR) JASO surged Thursday following its Q4 earnings release.

Net revenue came in at $576.4 million, above estimates of $538.99 million, an increase of 65.3 percent YoY and 18.4 percent sequentially.

Non-GAAP earnings per diluted ADS were $0.28, below estimates of $0.32 and above the $0.15 reported in the fourth quarter of 2013.

The stock reacted positively to the mixed results and traded at $9.50 in the pre-market, up 5.44 percent.

Other names investors may want to watch include Sunedison Inc SUNE, SunPower Corporation SPWR, First Solar, Inc. FSLR, Trina Solar Limited (ADR) TSL and Canadian Solar Inc. CSIQ

Daqo New Energy Corp DQ, JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. JKS and Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (ADR) YGE were all up over 2 percent at Thursday's open.
