Checkpoint Systems Inc. (NYSE: CKP) shares dropped 14.82% to $11.44. Checkpoint Systems reported Q4 earnings of $0.26 per share on revenue of $183.11 million and issued a weak FY15 outlook.

Conatus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: CNAT) shares fell 9.56% to $5.96. The company said in a Thursday filing that its Chief Medical Officer Gary C. Burgess resigned.
