Abercrombie & Fitch Shares Rise On CEO Retirement

On Tuesday, Abercrombie & FItch ANF announced that Chief Executive Officer Mike Jeffries is retiring effective immediately; the company’s BOD is currently undergoing a search for the new CEO.

In addition, the company has appointed Arthur Martinez as Executive Chairman.

Following the announcement, shares of Abercrombie are up 6.8 percent Tuesday morning.
